Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Free international shipping: for orders of €200 and above

Order processing
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
As 9dunes jewellery is handcrafted in small quantities, some pieces may require additional preparation time. If this applies to your order, we will contact you.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. 9dunes is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Lost, delayed or returned packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, please contact us at hello@9dunes.com, and we will do our best to help.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@9dunes.com with your order number and photos of the package and item.
We will review the situation and help find a suitable solution.
