9dunes is a small handcrafted silver jewellery brand based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Our website allows you to browse and purchase jewellery, access product information, contact us, and use any related services made available through the website.

9dunes jewellery is handcrafted in small quantities. Because of the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in shape, texture, finish, colour tone, or other details may occur. These natural variations are part of the character of handcrafted jewellery and do not mean that the item is defective.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and photography.
All product descriptions, prices, availability, and images are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Silver jewellery care
Silver is a natural material and may darken or tarnish over time due to contact with air, moisture, cosmetics, perfume, chemicals, sweat, or storage conditions. This is a natural characteristic of silver and is not considered a defect.
To keep your jewellery in good condition, we recommend storing it in a dry place, avoiding direct contact with water, perfume, lotions, cleaning products, and other chemicals, and polishing it with a suitable silver polishing cloth when needed.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, improper storage, accidental damage, or exposure to chemicals is not considered a product defect.
4. Orders
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
Your order is accepted only when we confirm it by email or otherwise process and dispatch your order. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or limit any order where permitted by law, including where:

Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Custom-made, personalised, worn, used, altered, or damaged items may not be eligible for return, unless they are defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

Some 9dunes pieces may be custom-made, personalised, resized, or made to order.

Production times for custom items are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, material availability, and the nature of the piece.
10. Gift cards and promotional codes
Gift cards, discount codes, and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time, where permitted by law.
